Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to fees and availability.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a 40% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service(s).
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Applicable cancellation fees may apply.
